1) You can train at any time that suits you, in any place that suits you. This convenience will save you a lot of time as well as avoid the awkwardness many feel when going to the gym and being surrounded by lots of intimidating, sweaty people who hog all of the equipment!
2) You get much more access to you me than you would as a face to face client. You get my coaching, accountability, training programs and support all week long, not just for one maybe two hours a week that we may be together in a face-to-face environment. This means we can work together on every single aspect of getting you results and seeing you smash your goals.
I will still be able to check your exercise technique (through my app) to ensure you are doing everything correctly. To make hitting your goals really simple for you, you will benefit from reminders, follow up and support for each training session, every meal and everything you should track. Great online coaching is a different way to get amazing results built around your lifestyle, the time you have available and your unique body and mind.
3) You get all of this at a lower investment than working with me face to face for just one hour a week! This saves you money while giving you the best possible guidance, service and support.
Being in the industry collectively for almost 30 years, my wife and I have heard pretty much every excuse that exists.
The NUMBER ONE REASON we have for not training is lack of time. We all have the same amount, so how is it that some people always find the time to fit it in? Trust me, we know how it feels to struggle to ‘find the time to fit it in’. We also know how important it is. The bottom line is that all of us need a coach. Even the best trainers hire trainers to help them. It’s just easier to have another set of eyes and an expert to help you take the guess work out of it, even if you know exactly what you’re doing.
Online training is the easiest way to work with us from anywhere in the world. Literally. We have worked with clients as far away as China!

We will assess your posture and movement to make sure there aren’t any issues keeping you from making progress. Step 1- Submit Your Online Training Application
Step 2 – Our Consultation
After we’ve reviewed your application, we will schedule a brief consultation via e-mail, Skype or phone to discuss your background, needs and goals, both short term and long term.
During this time, it’s our job to make sure that we’re a good fit for you as a coach. While we work with clients with widely different goals and specific needs, our job is to make sure you that you find the best possible coach, whether it’s us or someone else. Remember,we want what is best for you. That’s why we guarantee results when you work with us.
Step 3 – Getting Started
If we make the decision to work together, the final step will be getting you all set up. This will include:
- Goal setting for the time we work together
- Posture pictures
- Movement videos
- Nutrition profile*
- Agreeing upon a timeline to work together. We will take clients for as little as 3 months at a time, but we really prefer 6-month and annual clients as the results are far superior.
*If we determine that it would benefit you, we can discuss the option of private nutrition coaching as well.

Once we’re up and running, the last piece is our ongoing communication.
Step 4 – Weekly Check-ins
Once we’re up and running, the final piece of the puzzle is communicating on a weekly basis.
What we’ve found over the years of doing this is that a weekly check-in process works best.
If you check-in more frequently, eventually it becomes burdensome and you’re less likely to stick with the program.
On the flip side, if you check in less often you’re more likely to fall off the wagon, or not get the kind of results you’d expect. Therefore, every week we’ll check in to review form, see how the program is going, and make sure things are on the right track.
